Steering Committee

The Initiative is guided by a Steering Committee of 13 organizations representing a broad spectrum of stakeholders involved in the green collar jobs movement. Steering Committee members provide input on specific topics based on their areas of expertise. We are further informed by our  Partner Organizations which who help us develop and implement our advocacy priorities.

The Chicagoland Green Collar Jobs Initiative is currently housed at the Chicago Jobs Council, a state-wide coalition of community-based training organizations, advocacy groups, businesses and individuals working toward ensuring access to employment and career advancement opportunities for people living in poverty.
